As the 2025 Blood Bowl 3 World Championship is in full swing, preparations for the 2026 edition are already underway behind the scenes.
The 2026 World Championship will be the first to take place on the new edition of the video game: Warhammer Blood Bowl. Multiple tournaments will lead to qualification, from Official Competitions organized directly by Nacon, to Supported Competitions hosted by well-established community leagues.
In addition, for the first time this year and following requests from several tabletop tournament organizers, we are also offering the opportunity for tabletop events to be linked to the World Championship.
While video game competitions will award direct qualification to their champions, tabletop competitions will allow their winners to enter a special online qualifier, exclusively for tabletop champions, taking place on the video game Warhammer Blood Bowl.
The best players of this online qualifier will then advance to the 2026 World Championship.
